Business Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pinkneys Court Clinic. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Pinkneys Court Clinic
Pinkneys Court Clinic provides holistic and complementary therapy services designed to support health, wellbeing, and recovery. All treatments are tailored to the individual following consultation and assessment.
Treatments provided are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. Clients should continue to seek advice from their GP or other qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical concerns.
2. Consultations and Treatment Fees
Initial Consultation and Treatment
- Initial consultation and treatment (up to 1 hour): £100
Follow-Up Treatments
- Subsequent treatments: £85 per hour
Treatment durations may vary according to individual needs.
3. Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email, or other agreed booking methods.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Pinkneys Court Clinic. These will be sent via our appointment booking system, ‘Fresha’
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
- Appointments may be rescheduled without charge.
- Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of three times in a row before the full appointment amount is chargeable, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
- The appointment fee may be charged in full.
- For treatment packages, the session may be deducted from the remaining package balance.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
- The appointment fee will be forfeited.
- Package holders will lose the booked session.
- No refund or replacement appointment will be offered.
Please note that repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined.
5. Health Information and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding:
- Current health conditions
- Medical diagnoses
- Medications
- Allergies
- Injuries
- Pregnancy
- Any changes in health since previous appointments
Failure to provide relevant information may affect the suitability, safety, or effectiveness of treatment.
Pinkneys Court Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
6. Treatment Outcomes
While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of care, no guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes.
Results vary between individuals and depend on a variety of factors, including health history, lifestyle, compliance with recommendations, and individual response to treatment.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal and health information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Information will only be disclosed where:
- Required by law;
- Necessary to protect the safety of the client or others; or
- The client has provided explicit consent.

8. Children and Vulnerable Adults
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or appropriate responsible adult unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Consent for treatment may be required from a parent or legal guardian.
9. Clinic Rights
Pinkneys Court Clinic reserves the right to:
- Refuse treatment where appropriate;
- Amend treatment plans as clinically necessary;
- Update these Terms & Conditions at any time;
- Cancel or rearrange appointments due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where the clinic needs to cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered where possible.
10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:
- Must be redeemed before their expiry date.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

Located in the village of Pinkneys Green, Berkshire, our beautiful clinic is nestled between Marlow & Maidenhead and within easy reach of the A404, M40 and M4 motorways.
In 2021, we relocated to our new premises and feel privileged to be in such a uniquely picturesque setting in the countryside. We also have ample parking for our clients.
